With a legal education from the University of Trento and a thesis in industrial law focused on the protection of geographical indications, Francesca has developed a strong specialisation in intellectual property. She gained her professional experience within leading law firms operating exclusively in the IP sector, assisting high-profile clients across the fashion, pharmaceutical, and technology industries.
Throughout her career, she has worked on the protection and enhancement of complex intangible assets, managing trademark portfolios of both national and international relevance and operating within highly competitive environments.
She currently co-leads the firm’s intellectual property department with Giacomo, focusing in particular on trademarks and brand protection strategies.
Technical rigour, strategic vision, and a strong understanding of business needs define her professional approach.
Giacomo Garbagnati

With a specialisation in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Max Planck Institute (MIPLC LL.M), Giacomo has built a strong international and cross-disciplinary profile. He has gained experience across academic, public, and private sectors, working closely with startups, innovative SMEs, research centres, and multinational companies.
He currently leads legal teams in the field of technology transfer and is involved in the strategic management of patents, trademarks, and other intangible assets, with particular focus on infringement disputes, both online and offline.
